my name is freddie.

my path as a coach emerged as the result of aligning my service to the world with service to myself. it’s taken serious personal healing and spiritual work for me to get to this place of leading a life that feels joyful, abundant, protected, and ready to support others in their own healing.

my coaching presence is warm, steady, and attuned. i bring my experience and lens of being a queer transmasculine person, alongside my guiding values of anti-racism, decolonization, and anti-oppression in all its forms.

i earned my ICF certification through blooming willow in early 2024, and launched blooms coaching shortly after.

outside of coaching, i’m proud to be a part of the team supporting adrienne maree brown’s garden of healing ideas.
